IR-Married Son of Senator John McCain Speaks Out re Old Navy Ad & My DNA Tracking Results

Thanks, so much CH for sending me this ARTICLE link!  I’m sure that you, as a white man who appreciates black women, are happy to see prominent white men speaking out about this nonsense.

To those who may not be aware, recently, there was an (see pic) Old Navy Ad, featuring a Wm-Bw couple with their biracial son posted on Twitter that received  many ignorant racist tweets. Some of us know that the son of Senator John McCain (candidate for the Presidency in 2008) is married to a black woman. I posted pics and their marriage announcement article here on the Ezine a couple of years ago.

Anyway, here’s an ARTICLE from The Washington Post about the Senator’s son’s reaction to that Twitter brouhaha.

Therefore the senator’s son, who is married to a black woman, has no patience for critics of the clothing company’s ad. .  .  . Sen. John McCain’s son, Jack, had a blunt assessment of the people criticizing an Old Navy ad featuring an interracial couple: “Ignorant racists.” [He told them to] “Eat it.”

Okay, I scanned just a few of the tweets,  and it was the usual garden variety vitriol from bottom-of-the-food-chain white racists, but what made me just move on with a quickness were the ones from blacks. Some of them hotly stated that a black-white biracial child wouldn’t look the way the little black son looks since “he’s too dark.” And we know these tweeters were almost guaranteed to be black because  many blacks in the West (U.S., UK, Canada) are some of the biggest promoters of colorism on the planet. These colorstruck blacks are the ones who are fixated on skin shade and have made a virtual science out of skin shade differences among blacks. Not whites. Racist/intolerant whites normally lump all black people together, regardless of skin shade. So, these colorist black tweeters zoomed in on the complexion of the child. They claimed he–OMG!–looks like a regular black child.   Lol

Yes. He looks like a regular black child. The blacks who are pointing this out are showing the ignorance, that they’ve had very limited exposure to knowledge about various groups of people in the world, world history, and genetics. This is sort of like my suburban white neighbors who went to Hawaii on vacation and discovered that there were Japanese people in Hawaii. Duh!  LOL! Hawaii formerly was Japanese land. At a neighborhood gathering, my white neighbors showed their ignorance by telling everyone this news.  Did I say they are limited? Lol

I’ve seen black-biracial people of all hues–depending on the admixture of the black (and white) parent. Remember, we all came from the same woman and there’s been lots of admixture in all groups. So, it’s a matter of the scramble of the genes. A few of these black-biracial children I’ve seen were as dark as Lupita. It depends a lot on where you are in the world. It’s usually the biracial black person in the U.S. who is usually somewhere in the middle, in terms of hues or  brown-toned,  like this child or like the man in the White House.

That being said, I recently received my DNA tracking results from National Geographic Human Genome Tracking project and found out that though I share DNA markers with 84% of West Africans (largely Yoruba), I have smaller amounts of Scandanavian and American Indian admixture. And I’m 0.2% (2 tenths)  Neanderthal. (Typical whites are 2% and higher Neanderthal whereas people who are considered 100% SubSaharan Africans have virtually O% Neanderthal markers since their ancestors never encountered the Neanderthals of Eurasia.)

So, if Darren and I had had a child, there’s no telling the skin tone of the child.

I pray that I and future generations of my bloodline will be delivered from the antics and impact of colorstruck blacks. Color-struck blacks, as a group, will never rise or maintain upward mobility, and I promise you that anyone who doesn’t break the connection with them will be stuck on the bottom with them. If there’s anything that I’ve done good in this life, I hope that total separation from those with the colorism virus is one of my progeny’s rewards.

Some will say that I should equally criticize whites for upholding and adhering to colorism, but the fact is that colorism rewards whites, so naturally many whites are going to hang on to it for a very long time. However, colorism destroys blacks and black group progress, so why would any sane black person subscribe to or practice it? It is a black person’s responsibility to rid themselves of their colorism poison because colorism is the biggest single reason why Western-based blacks don’t and won’t rise. If the vast majority of Western-based blacks were honest, they would admit that many of their most critical financial, social, romantic, etc. decisions are driven by the underbelly of colorism and its accompanying features.

Anyway, please spread this article about how Senator McCain’s son, a prominent white husband of a black woman, is using his voice to help shut down this ignorance toward Bw-Wm relationships.
